Siding services
Full siding replacement. Old, warped or rotting siding comes off, we inspect and repair the sheathing underneath, install a proper weather-resistive barrier and flashing, and put up the new siding with the manufacturer spacing and fastening. Corners, trim, soffit and fascia are part of the job, not an extra.
Siding repair. Storm damage, a cracked panel, a section that is letting water in behind it. We match the existing material where it is still available and fix the underlying cause, not just the visible board.
Trim, soffit and fascia. Included as part of any siding project when they need it. Rotted fascia behind a gutter line is one of the most common things we find and one of the cheapest to fix while the siding is off.

Signs it is time for new siding
- Boards that are warped, cracked, soft or pulling away from the house
- Peeling paint that comes back within a year of repainting
- Mold, mildew or moisture stains on interior walls near exterior corners
- Higher heating and cooling bills with no other explanation
- Woodpecker holes, insect damage or rot at the bottom courses
- Faded, chalky vinyl that will not clean up
Why homeowners do siding and roofing together
If both are near the end of their life, doing them in one project saves money on setup, avoids damaging new siding during a later tear-off, and lets us integrate the flashing where the roof meets the walls.
Ask for a combined estimate and we will price both.
