When a roof is past repair, we tear off the old shingles down to the deck, replace any rotted decking, install new underlayment, ice and water shield in valleys and around penetrations, new flashing and drip edge, then the shingles and ridge vent. You get a written scope so you know exactly what is going on your house. If your gutters are part of the contracted job, we replace them at the same time.
Roof repair. Missing shingles, lifted seams, leaking pipe boots, cracked flashing around chimneys and skylights. If the roof has life left in it, we will tell you and fix the problem instead of selling you a new roof.

What goes on your roof
We install architectural asphalt shingles from major manufacturers, in the colors and profiles that suit Chattanooga brick, stone and fiber cement homes. Craften is a GAF and Owens Corning certified contractor, which is what lets us offer the manufacturer warranties behind the shingles we install.
